Accessibility Guide

We are committed to ensuring an accessible and welcoming experience for all our guests. We provide courtesy wheelchairs, ample accessible parking, and curbside drop-off zones for easy entry. Restrooms are wheelchair accessible, and all-user restrooms are available in several of our halls. Service animals are welcome in compliance with ADA regulations.

For any additional accessibility needs or questions, please reach out to our team!

Entrances

All our buildings have accessible entrances, and Hall D features an elevator to the 2nd floor meeting room and administrative offices.

Courtesy Wheelchairs

We offer five complimentary manual wheelchairs on a first-come, first-served basis, available in our med-tech offices. Please speak with an Expo employee upon entry to check out a wheelchair. We recommend bringing a companion to assist with maneuvering the wheelchair around the facility.

Mobility Scooters

Mobility scooters are provided by the show promoter for each event. For assistance, please contact the event promoter directly. You can find their contact information on each event page on the calendar.

Accessible Restrooms

All public restrooms in Expo Center buildings are wheelchair accessible. All-user restrooms are in the lobby of Halls A, D and E.

Accessible Parking

We provide ample accessible parking for vehicles with a valid DMV disability parking placard, with spaces located close to building entrances. Parking is $13 per space, per entry.

Guest Drop-Off Zones

Curbside drop-off zones are available in front of each building for easy access. Halls A and E also feature drop-off zones outside the Expo Center parking lot.

Service Animals

We welcome guests with disabilities and their service animals, in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Oregon’s disability laws. Pets are not allowed at the Expo Center.

Definition of a Service Animal:

As defined by the ADA, service animals are dogs or miniature horses trained to perform tasks for people with disabilities. Tasks may include guiding the blind, alerting the deaf, pulling wheelchairs, alerting to seizures, reminding about medication or calming anxiety attacks. Service animals are not pets.

Emotional support, therapy or comfort animals are not considered service animals and will not be admitted.

Admission Procedure:

If it is not obvious that the animal is a trained service animal, staff will ask if the animal is trained for a disability. The service animal must be leashed, harnessed or tethered and under control. Uncontrolled, aggressive, or unhousebroken animals will not be admitted or may be asked to leave.
