ARAMARK has raised the bar to a new standard, with the addition of our state-of-the-art kitchen facility. Our Executive Chef, Christian Smith, is responsible for all menu creation and food preparation at the Portland Metropolitan Expo Center. Prior to his work here, Chef Smith worked at a variety of fine dining establishments and was Chef instructor for over six years at the Western Culinary Institute.

We also provide the food service in all the concession stands throughout the facility. We offer a wide variety of entrees, snacks, and beverages in all of our locations at affordable prices.
